03 · Why I am running this
A quiet body of work, deliberately evolving.
This approach has been shaped over more than twenty-five years of executive search, career coaching and, more than anything, thousands of long conversations with thoughtful professionals about the questions that matter most to them.
I will shortly be commencing postgraduate psychology studies, and I am deliberately evolving the work: sharpening what it is, refining how it feels, and testing where it is genuinely useful.
Participant feedback is not optional dressing. It is essential to how the approach will develop from here, which is why the pilot is small, personal and considered.
There is no fee to take part. What I ask in return is your attention, your honesty in the conversations, and your reflections on the work as it unfolds. That exchange is, to me, more valuable than a fee.
